Last week I was lucky enough to visit Paris in all it’s Spring glory and when I was there I stayed at the beautiful and elegant Four Seasons Hotel. Although it wasn’t my first time to Paris, it was my first time staying at a Four Seasons Hotel but now i’m sure it won’t be my last!
As soon as you enter the lobby you’ll be greeted not only by warm and welcoming smiles at reception but also by stunning flower displays by the amazing floral designer Jeff Leatham. We arrived early so as our room was not ready yet we left our bags and went out to explore….
The location of the Four Seasons in Paris is great. It’s located right in the center of the city just off the Champs-Elysees and close to the Arc de Triomphe, shopping and the Eiffel Tower.
This gorgeous building first opened in 1928 and after undergoing a huge restoration and renovation project, it reopened its doors as a Four Seasons Hotel in 1999. It still retains all of it’s charm with crystal chandeliers and 19th-century furniture, but sophisticated facilities and modern elements makes it one of the world’s most luxurious hotels.
Four Seasons Hotel George V represents the finest in French hospitality with 244 luxury guest rooms. Ours room was lovely, spacious and decorated beautifully. We had an amazing balcony which I enjoyed sitting on overlooking Parisian rooftops whilst sipping champagne.
The hotel has 3 amazing restaurants to choose from: Le Cinq*** Le George* and L’Orangerie* which have collectively been crowned with a total of five Michelin stars. Breakfast is served in their L’Orangerie restaurant and this is definitely how you should always start a day before exploring Paris….
Thanks to the Four Seasons Paris for a wonderful stay. The staff, the room, the food and the general fabulousness of the hotel made our time in Paris even more magical!
i would love to stay there it looks so classy
